about me

My career has been varied, but always creative.

I went to art school after leaving high school, however my career at that time took a different path, & i became a landscape architect & garden designer for many years.

Now 21 years later i was surprised to discover that i am still enthused by many of the same things in my art such as surface & pattern.

I arrived in NZ from Britain in 2008.

I started renting a studio at Corban Estate Art Centre in Henderson in 2010, so that i can dedicate time & space to my creative passions & be amongst like minded souls.

I teach Printmaking to Foundation students at Whitecliffe College of Art & Design & to adults at Corban Estate Arts Centre, Selwyn college & Uxbridge Arts centre.

In 2010 I set up with the help of Creative Communities, Waitakere Printers Ink, a print making group who meet once a month at Corban Estate.

Finally i believe in doing my bit & getting invloved, so I'm a committee member for the West Coast Community Arts Trust in Piha.
